Common issues and how to resolve them
If you cannot log in:
1. Verify your email and password are correct 2. Try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" link 3. If using Google Sign-In, ensure you are using the same Google account 4. Clear your browser cache and cookies 5. Try a different browser or incognito mode
If issues persist, contact support@aktai.eu.
If AI classification fails:
1. Ensure your system has sufficient detail (name, purpose, description, data types) 2. Check that you have not exceeded the rate limit (20 classifications per hour) 3. Verify your subscription tier supports AI classification 4. Try again after a few minutes — temporary API issues may resolve themselves
If the issue persists, check your browser console for errors and contact support.
Data export issues:
1. Exports are limited to once per hour per organization 2. Only owners and admins can export data 3. Large organizations may experience slower exports — please wait up to 30 seconds 4. Ensure your browser allows file downloads
If the export continually fails, try a different browser.
If pages are not loading:
1. Check your internet connection 2. Clear browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete) 3. Disable browser extensions that might interfere 4. Try a different browser 5. Check https://status.aktai.eu for any service outages
Most loading issues are resolved by clearing the cache.
