Invitations, roles, permissions, and collaboration
Navigate to Settings > Team and click "Invite Member". Enter the email address and select a role (Admin or Member). The invitee will receive an email with a secure invitation link.
Invitation limits depend on your plan tier.
AktAI has three roles:
- **Owner**: Full control, including billing, account deletion, and role management. Only one owner per organization. - **Admin**: Can manage systems, documents, team members, and most settings. Cannot manage billing or delete the account. - **Member**: Can view and edit systems and documents. Cannot manage team or settings.
Only the organization owner can remove team members. Go to Settings > Team, find the member, and click the remove button. Removed members lose access immediately but their contributions (documents, classifications) are preserved.
Organization owners and admins can update the organization name and other details from Settings. The organization profile is used in generated documents and the public trust page.
Organization ownership transfer is not yet available through the UI. To transfer ownership, please contact support@aktai.eu and we will assist you with the process.
