Subscriptions, invoices, upgrades, and cancellation
AktAI offers four tiers:
- **Free**: Basic compliance checking and assessment tools - **AI Literacy (EUR 49/mo)**: AI classification, document generation, training modules - **Professional (EUR 149/mo)**: Advanced analytics, evidence vault, compliance reports - **Business (EUR 299/mo)**: Enterprise features, vendor assessment, priority support
All paid plans offer annual billing at a discount.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial you have full access to all features of the selected plan.
After the trial ends, your account reverts to the free tier unless you add a payment method.
To upgrade, go to Settings > Subscription and click "Upgrade". You can also upgrade when prompted by a feature that requires a higher tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved even after cancellation.
Invoices are managed through Stripe. You can access your billing history and download invoices from Settings > Subscription > Manage Billing (redirects to the Stripe customer portal).
Annual billing saves you up to 17% compared to monthly billing. When you switch to annual, you are billed for the full year upfront. You can switch between annual and monthly at the next billing cycle.
